I came to Romania straight out of university as an intern working with intercultural education. After extending my contract twice, I realised how much I love my newly adopted country and decided to stay as long as I could. "As long as I could" turned into 361 days. I am now back in Canada, but am hoping to revive this blog to coincide with my new job.

Also wrote an essay on this column. I took pictures of all of these too when I was in Rome and I'd take them to my prof and show him but he's a mean mean man and wouldn't care!
