Search terms

I love looking at my stats.

However, I need to know a few things:
a) why does my blog come up on second in the Yahoo! listings when someone looks up "pictures of elefant testicles"?
b) why would anyone want to look up pictures of elefant testicles?

The vast majority of people find this blog by looking up four things.
a) www.nike.ro
b) Raluca Marinescu
c) O-zone, O-zone lyrics, English translations of O-zone lyrics, O-Zone pictures
d) Testicles, deformed testicles, testicle recipes, pictures of various animal testicles

Let me criticise these poor souls who come looking for the afformentioned search topics.

#1: Go to your browser and type in www.nike.ro. You'll see it doesn't work. That's right! It doesn't exist! Which means there is no such page. Typing www.nike.ro into Yahoo! brings up a blog, clearly designated by the "blogspot" in the address. Chances are, karro.blogspot.com is *not* the official website of Nike.
#2: Are people still obsessed with the women who cut off her husband's testicles?
#3: Go to the official O-Zone website if you want pictures or lyrics. Ro-Mania is not the official English website for O-Zone
#4: Oh dear lord. So I mentioned testicles a few times (evil wives, Serbian cooks, etc). I can't believe people are actually looking for pictures of deformed dog or ostrich testicles.

And I realise, that by making this post, it's just going to attract more of them.

Freaks.

Have you seen documentary "The Big One"? Michael Moore says that there's no Nike footware made in USA, and every fancy pair of shoes is made by poor and exploited Thailandese girls.
Well, Nike does make shoes in Romania (meaning that you can pay here as low as in South-East Asia) in a factory in a small town - Odobesti. Nike is one of the Western manufacturers that afford exclusive shops in downtown Bucharest. I bet there are good sales since I've seen lots of young Bucharest ppl wearing the same communist sport shoes, now with a new label and a new pricetag. But romanian webdesigners are better paid than Indians and there's a policy in place: Nike cannot afford to pay someone in a biased way, at the Western levels. Therefore, no www.nike.ro for you!
