Here are the apartment pictures I promised. The apartment is actually a lot bigger than it looks. I "Karla-ised" it with souvenirs that I got in Turkey, Sweden and Romania.

After extending my contract twice, I realised how much I love my newly adopted country and decided to stay as long as I could. "As long as I could" turned into 361 days. I am now back in Canada, but am hoping to revive this blog to coincide with my new job.

Hi, I am Australian but have been living in Bucharest off and on for the past 2 years. I am moving to Timisoara in the next few months, so any tips or wisdom you could pass on would be great!!!
