Rome

I hated Rome. It was cold, wet, and noisy. I don't know how anyone could live there. My friends Victoria and Laura said that Rome was their favourite city. From the moment I got there, I wanted to leave.

We saw the big sights: Colisseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc etc but they were nothing especially beautiful or Earth-shattering. Maybe it was just a letdown after Assisi, but if I never go back, I won't be missing anything. I threw a coin into the Trevi Fountain, so I guess I will be going back eventually, but hopefully it won't be for a long long time.
