...Whereby Karla goes to a country that does not exist
Yes, I made it to Transniestr. It was amazing! Moldva is amazing! Now I can say that I've been to Chisinau before it was cool.
Prague was cool until it joined the European Union. Brasov is supposedly the next Prague, but I'm writing this from Brasov and I'm not too impressed. Yes, it's beautiful, but so is Timisoara. Apparently Bucharest is the new "hotness" in Eastern Europe, but that will change in 2007 when we join the Union.
At the border back to Romania, our luggage got examined. The border guy found my spices that I bought in Turkey.
"Narcotics?"
"No, spices"
He still held them up to his nose. Good thing it wasn't cocaine!
This is the world's crappiest internet cafe, so I'll have to write more later.
Oh, and our host in Chisinau met O-Zone. She said they're really snobby because they're so famous in Moldova.
