Karla's zacusca challenge

I'm looking for the best zacusca recipe (preferably mushroom zacusca) recipe on both sides of the Atlantic.

Anyone interested in sharing their old family recipes? I'll even take pictures of myself cooking and sampling the results!

ingredients:
1 kg mushrooms
25 gogosari (like little round paprika.. i don't know their english name)
1 kg onion
1.5 litre tomatoe juice
1/2 litre oil (or less)

preparing:
you boile the mushrooms and mince them (or slice them with some robot)
mince the onions as well
clean the gogosari (from the seeds too) and mince it.
you put all the ingredients in a big pot in the oven, but take care to mix it time to time (it will get burned)
you keep tis composition in the oven until it gets thick enough (how you like it)

this is it.
you put it in cans and seal them good. put a blanket(yes, a blanket, to keep them warm) on the cans for two days, and after that it's ready to put them away.

sorry for not using propper english, but i don't know all the words.

i hope it helps you :)
