Wh00t!

I'm leaving for Turkey this Friday.

12 days in Ankara!

I still haven't heard back from the Georgian organisation. Luckily, Turkish Airlines charges no fee if you need to change your flight so I still have a few more days to get things settled.

Now I'm just making a list of things to remember. Oooh...turns out my Turkish visa is actually a multiple entry visa. This makes my life easier.

Now I just have to finish everything before I go!

Wow. That is exciting. I was supposed to go to Istanbul last year, but it was bombed a few weeks prior; so, we decided against. Went to Zurich, in stead.

Have an awesome time!

Thanks!

As per my mass-email this morning:

"If any of you would like postcards/souvenirs/alcohol/black market babies from
Ankara or Tbilisi, please send me your addresses and I'll do my best"

So lemme know if you'd like a postcard or something. And I'm still working on the Hungary stickers/keychain, but I was invited to Budapest for a pilgrimage to the local Ikea, so I will definitely be there before I leave.

Thanks for the postcard offer. But that's not necessary. I know they can be a huge hassle.

And, thanks for the keychain hunt. I actually lived near an Ikea in Budapest (on the Pest side) for a couple of months. I never went inside, oddly.
