I came to Romania straight out of university as an intern working with intercultural education. After extending my contract twice, I realised how much I love my newly adopted country and decided to stay as long as I could.
"As long as I could" turned into 361 days. I am now back in Canada, but am hoping to revive this blog to coincide with my new job.
I had something wrong with my liver last year ... elevated enzymes or something in my bloodwork... but it wasn't too serious. I had to go have an ultrasound and everything to make sure it was okay.
I had the same problem after my retun from RO. Too much tuica and fatty foods. Elevated enzymes...fatty liver. Ate a bunck of oatmeal and exercised...and all is well. Good luck. Didn't you ever notice how alot of people in RO complained about liver pains?
